not quite, while leaping is a form of jumping it generally implies making a movement to traverse a far distance while jump in of it self can be anything from hoping or tippy toeing on your toes like a ballerina to just jumping strait up rather then traversing a long distance...
-Just in regards of it not being the same action, but if its worthwhile as a separate tag is up to debate
