It's an older name for it, after Emperor Constantine the Great declared it the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire. Before then, it was Byzantium, originally an ancient Greek colony. Why they changed it, I can't say. People just liked it better that way.

Rejected. Lasagna is not real food.
