Are all phallic nipples going to be just long? You can argue that they all are, but as Furrin and Savage says, mixing them up is not beneficial; furthermore, there can be future tense nipples that resemble glans, which are part of a penis but aren't exactly "long".

Yeah, if nipples have been replaced by dicks, then they're not really nipples anymore. Best to leave this unimplicated.
