Topic: [Feature] Show which blacklisted tags apply to a post

Posted under Site Bug Reports & Feature Requests

Requested feature overview description.
Have the "blacklisted" thumbnail image show which blacklisted tags the post has.

Why would it be useful?
For those who might be willing to risk clicking a "my little pony" post sometimes, but not a "scat" post.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
Posts, Comments (avatars)

Where would the tags show up?

That seems like a lot of work for something you could just remove from your blacklist.

+1. I think that's an improved way of specifying which posts were hidden and why. It means we could leave blacklisted thumbnails visible in a search and just write on top the reason they're blocked, giving users more flexibility and information. It would be tough to implement though.

+1. I like to know what to expect when I go into something I have blacklisted.
It wouldn't work in "Posts" very much (since it is its own post), but in comments and avatars, definitely.

This would be useful in comments / forum posts, and for avatars (if you block avatars), but not so much for posts and searches - considering you can already selectively remove reinstate blacklisted terms.

Under the "blacklisted" text (which could be made smaller) in the placeholder image. Or even under the image itself, as text, to avoid the overhead of generating the images.

Or the blacklisted tags could be moved to the beginning of the mouseover text.

That seems like an interesting solution.

+1 This perfectly describes what I would use it for.
