I recon there are people who are into foot fetish but dislike addition of dirtiness on character's soles and want to somehow blacklist it, but there are also ones who are into it and want to search for it.
I could create this tag and tag every image with such. Should I be allowed to do so?

If you want to make a new tag, there's a thread to mention it and ask for opinions.
There's also Do we have a tag for that? if you just want to know if something already exists without caring to put much effort into it yourself.
