Reason:

Some art is also tagged as hokkyoku_kuma, which is the transliteration of his pixiv username: 北極熊 (he's actually Taiwanese). I've recently uploaded a bunch of things under polakuma, based off their tumblr.

All tags should be aliased to polar_bear_(artist), which seems straightforward as his pictures are usually clearly signed with that.

• hokkyoku_kuma → polar_bear_(artist)
• 北極熊 → polar_bear_(artist)
• polakuma → polar_bear_(artist)

We used to have a separate artist on that tag, but their gallery is actually using PolarBearNSFW, and there were only two pics tagged with it (the third was already using PolarBearNSFW).
