Sorry, I thought it was from e621 but it's not under male bondage group oral foot_fetish, and I don't know where else to ask. I've been looking on TBIB for a while with no luck, partly because they don't have a standard tag system (they operate with bots crosspoting from other boorus)
The image was of four male characters. A using his computer, sitting on B (maybe facesitting, not sure), while C fellates A and D's face is under A's feet. The image was also pretty dark, so the thumbnail should stand out.
