I've been searching for this image for long time. It looks like a Lugia (pretty sure but i might be wrong) with a purplish colored mask covering her mouth. She has big feet and hands behind her back. It looks like something Caleb Magness would draw but I looked at his gallery and didn't find it. If anyone could help I would be extremly happy.

Searched some tag combinations of what you describe, and haven't found much. Was this something you have previously seen on this site?

I'm 80% sure I saw it here but I might be wrong. It could be on Furaffinity or DeviantArt but I'm not sure.
