Topic: Do disembodied bits get species tags?

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

More or less what it says on the tin: If there's a disembodied penis, or an extreme enough close-up on a vagina that we can't see the rest of the body, but it has all the traits of one specific species's naughty bits, is that justification enough to add that species tag? Or does the tag stay off because you can't visibly see the actual human or horse or whatever, that they're attached to?

I think the rule is: Tag the penis type if you only see a penis. humanoid_penis, canine_penis, etc. Only tag the species when you have enough information to identify it, the penis alone is not enough. I could be wrong.

Para isn't an admin anymore, but as far as I know, this still applies.

Just tag <type>_penis (such as humanoid_penis) for disembodied penises. No unknown_species either, that's for characters whose species might be identifiable.

If you feel like they should have some species tag, ambiguous_species might fit. ...though personally, I wouldn't bother to tag that, because it's the default for disembodied penises. Tagging all of them as ambiguous_species would be redundant.
