Aliasing dpunch → donkeypunch

Reason:

dpunch is just his tumblr name, as far as i know he goes by donkeypunch everywhere else. but, i've still seen some posts tagged with dpunch.

Might need to add the _(artist) suffix. Donkey Punch is the act of punching the person right as you're about to climax.

Might if a) people were uploading stuff with that tag and b) uplaoding it often enough with no space.

Translation: literally the only effect this could have would be to make it less convenient to type the tag.

No seriously, it's so fucking annoying. There should be a rule about only adding underscore/parentheses to a tag if it's absolutely necessary to not have the older tag anymore for its current use.

suffixes are used that way to help disambiguate things. this is especially true in cases such as this where multiple character all share a common name. in which case the suffix would be _(*artist name here*) or the character owner's name.

I'm entirely fine with that (heck, I wish people disambiguated more in these cases!).

I'm not fine with adding unnecessary disambiguation to tags that have no need for it at the time. Moving the tag to donkeypunch_(artist) is a VERY good example of utterly pointless parentheses (along the same lines, I've suggested useful aliases for tags that have several underscores or are easy to typo, but so far no mod seems to have looked at them).

I find it highly unlikely it's never been uploaded, just that it hasn't been tagged. Very few images were ever actually tagged with any form of violence that I can't tell, and there's certainly no aliases or implications on the tags I checked.

I agree. So many characters with unique names given unnecessary suffixes just because a few other characters in the same franchises need them.
