I found this in my old phone and i cant remember where i got it from. the quality is pretty crap but i was just wondering if anyone knew the artist/seen it before somewhere?

Had no luck with Google Reverse Image Search.

I went through Tin-Eye, IQDB, SauceNAO, Harry.Lu, and Reverse Google with no luck. But I did decide to get a zoom in on the artist's mark in case anyone recognizes it.
