Aliasing seducing → seductive
Link to alias
Reason:
Basically the same thing, but "seductive" is much more popular.

+1. "Seducing" is the same as be seductive.

Well technically there's a difference between a "seductive" pose:
post #1130501 post #1139185 post #1134753 post #846475
and a character "seducing" another character:
post #661866 post #990456 post #1025828 post #1035009
..But clearly both tags are being used for seductive poses, so +1 for alias.
Does the latter meaning warrant a tag, or no? I used to tag such pictures as seduction or horny, but those tags have been aliased away to seductive and horny_(disambiguation)

Not sure, but I don't think we need one. Most of those fit under the flirting tag, and searching for combos such as duo seductive -sex works decently for the rest.

Ok, fair enough. After thinking about it, I guess what I was really referring to was more like "exaggerated cartoony arousal" than "seducing". That's probably too specific for a tag. And an actual distinction between "seductive" and "seducing" is essentially just the difference between solo and -solo. So I agree.

I see both as close variations of the same thing, I mean, in your first four examples the character is seducing the viewer, in the others it is seducing another character.

"Teasing" I guess... Hum, actually it seems to be used for the former. Maybe would be better if we just alias it too.

So basically, seductive solo vs. seductive -solo.
How often do people seduce without being seductive?

Not exactly, is perfectly possible to multiple characters be seducing the viewer simultaneously; probably it is more like seductive looking_at_viewer × seductive -looking_at_viewer.
Actually, maybe your suggestion works better, since "looking_at_viewer" is really undertagged.

solo is undertagged as well so seductive -solo also gives false hits.
Either way, I'm trying to figure out whether we can differentiate the action (seducing) from the description (seductive) enough to warrant keeping both.

I guess there isn't a real difference. As I said, "seduce" literally means "be seductive toward someone".

I really feel like the people have spoken on this one...I mean there might be a very slight difference, but come on...we're talking 37 tags vs. 14,500. Seducing has been CRUSHED. This alias was just meant as a bit of a cleanup to make sure future uses of "seducing" are swept into the much larger tag where they belong.
I mean...I don't know what's happening here...7 days and still no approval...should I just assume approval will never come?

Admins have tons of suggested aliases and implications to analyze, so it may take a long time (less than six months with some luck).
