Tags chip_'n_dale_rescue_rangers and disney removed in tag editor would be removed from post on save

Tags remain in the tag list

What steps did you take to replicate this bug?

• Go to the pages
• Click edit
• Remove chip_'n_dale_rescue_rangers and disney tags from list
• Bug persists even if trying to remove just one or the other as well
• Click Save

Errors or other messages returned (if any).
None

Appears to be the tag dtz (cdrr) is the reason why these tags are not removed.

Edit: "Appears to be" It is what wrong don't know why I wrote it like. But yes dtz the dragon in the pic is from cdrr which forces the rescue ranger tag to appear and the disney tag along with that. no bug.

Yep. Implications ensure that tags cannot be removed until the root tag is removed as well. DTZ is from Chip 'n Dale, and Chip 'n Dale is from Disney.
