He never said how many minutes. 200 minutes is still technically "in minutes".

I assume that was meaning 'scanning over the thumbnails and ctrl+clicking any of interest' (which takes maybe 70 seconds for 320 posts IME, and at 320 posts/page, aforementioned search is 19 pages --> 22+ minutes.)

Using an auto-dethumbnailer addon like Imagus/Hover Zoom Plus might help.
