Rogue (or any "pure" roguelike) + Mystery Dungeon + Legend of Zelda (or similar)

Real-time combat in procedurally-generated dungeons (plural) complete with PG'd puzzles, a hub town (or perhaps multiple towns), ability to form parties and other RPG staples like quest systems, character customization, item crafting via a blacksmith or something, etc. Some sort of "XP based on performance" system and the ability to get XP without killing things (healers need XP too, you know, and they're not very good at killing) would be nice, too.

Now that IDW is doing the next Sonic the Hedgehog comic...

Sonic x TMNT. The back-and-forth between Orbot and Cubot (or an Archie-like less insane take on Scratch and Grounder) & Bebop and Rocksteady would be hilarious. Also Eggman and Krang teaming up would be GOLD. Just hope no Utrom Robotnik happens! Utrom Shredder was hard enough for the Turtles to shut down when it happened.

Also, just to see the internet burn in a tidal wave of new meme cancer OCs... Sonic x MLP, because IDW does THAT comic too.

Also, if a world for it never makes the cut, Gravity Falls x Kingdom Hearts. The dark undertones of the show would fit so well into the franchise; and I could see Bill becoming a recurring secondary antagonist like Malificent.
