Some are smaller than others. \ only has 1 entry. The real problem are the ones on deleted images since they can't be easily fixed.

By the way, don't go manually cleaning them just yet.

I prefer to sift through and thoroughly tag them before they're aliased away. Tagging errors such as these are indicative of more mistags, which I keep track of until I'm able to deal with them.

Pick a letter and either manually fix if they're low enough or alias if they're high enough.

Can janitors edit tags on deleted images?

That should cover all the ascii I tried, and I excluded ones that didn't have results.
As for unicode, I couldn't think of one that would include all invalid unicode but exclude valid unicode, so here's all (currently 178 entries as of this post) for unicode that include a open parentheses [Unicode]
I quickly looked though it and it didn't seem like any of them were wrong, but you might want to double check my quick skimming. It might change in the future so you might have to check 1 page before or 1 page after.
