Implicating wet_diaper → wetting

Reason:

According to the wiki, the wetting tag applies to "Urinating into clothing, a diaper, etc". The wet_diaper has been used as a combination of the diaper and wetting tags, so it should imply that those tags are also part of the image.

It wouldn't really be wetting if the thing being wetted didn't end up wet. I get what you mean, though. Wet is meant for things like:

Well, The 'wet' wiki mentions that the tag should be used for soaked characters, however the word 'wet' is applicable to both cases... This may be an issue.

With the way the wet wiki is worded, all sweaty characters would count as well, plus those undergoing a golden shower. Bloody ones are a bit iffy.
