Seems to. It was how I was able to find the images in this thread. But I think it tries to match resolution as well.

It's not in umbreon big_breasts status:any, umbreon ~muscular ~abs or umbreon solo ~female ~dickgirl. I even checked black_fur big_tits solo and it's not there either.

After doing some research, I have confirmed that it is one boob

closest matches i see are

which seem to be commissions for K-Dog08 but i checked this persons FA gallery and no pics of this character are there.

From what I can tell from this small image is that it has a black nipple/areola, looks to be similar to sunibee's style of breast, the cleavage is parted greatly over a smaller chest which noticeably abs, and the are behind the breast has the yellow umbreon circle on the shoulder, and the arm is very muscular and is mostly likely going up, probably in a flex. The background is simple, but not uniform, the interruption looks like a door frame. Given these observations/inferences, we probably should use muscles as a searching term.

If it's sunibee, it's definitely not on e6.

Shading is similar to ldr.

I think it was just a fair guess, as black with yellow rings is pretty much trademarked to umbreons.

On further inspection, and given the context, the thing that I thought might be a door frame is most likely a weight lifting rack support bar.

Ran a search for blitza @lower mastergodai on furaffinity, and turns out their Umbreon isn't uploaded on their own profile. Only the other eveelutions. Running a search for ebony instead of blitza reveals that they drew a separate image of the character with much less muscles.

Really not sure why that second search reveal a different image that the first one didn't, when it still says "For Blitza" in it.
Did a bit more research it's apparently iconblitza to reveal everything. The ebony we were looking for still wasn't there, though. I think they removed it.

In real life humans, if you take a look at the folk whose muscles are way too large, you'll notice their head size is still the normal size. The skull is pretty much a big bone, no muscles to be built up (the major muscles there are eyebrows (Blind yourself!) and the mouth (suffocate yourself!).
