The former tag seems to be a mispelling of the artist's name (actual site is "rossitsukigata.tumblr.com"), but both tags seem to already have quite some art uploaded.

Well, Rossi_Tsukigata had no posts at all, so I opted for tsukigata. Is there a rule concerning this? Should I change something?
