Bug overview description.
Attempting to create a tag implication suggestion on the forum for tag implication "penis_lick -> penis" shows text "tag implication already exists". Tag implication does not exist or wiki page for penis_lick tag does not show said implication.
What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
Either https://e621.net/forum or https://e621.net/wiki/show/penis_lick
What is the expected behavior?
Penis_Lick should auto-tag Penis, or wiki should be showing Penis_Lick to be implicated to Penis.
What actual behavior is given instead?
Neither of the above happen.

You're not the first one to report it, so don't sweat about it.
And almost certainly not the last one either.

If only the error could be changed to something like tag implication is already pending.. Oh well.
