hmm... well that implication you linked certainly wouldnt work sence as i understand it from the wikis, muscular pertains to the focus of the image, not to any presence at all of muscles. while muscular_back along with the other tags like abs, quads or back_muscles pertain to the detail regardless of the focus of the image.
