hmm... well that implication you linked certainly wouldnt work sence as i understand it from the wikis, muscular pertains to the focus of the image, not to any presence at all of muscles. while muscular_back along with the other tags like abs, quads or back_muscles pertain to the detail regardless of the focus of the image.

I didn't linked it because it is a good idea (and it isn't, I even gave a -1 for it), I linked it just because is related to this thread.
