Well, the Reason header just came along when I created the alias request.

But to answer your question, I stumbled upon the stall tag a couple of days ago when I was checking the tags of the posts in restroom_stall and saw how the aforementioned tag was used for different types of stalls (namely animal stalls, market stalls and restroom stalls).

Then I created wiki pages for the different stall tags, created a disambiguation page and now we are here.

Update: I've now added more content to the wiki page (as seen here) and the stall tag seems to have some minor activity. I tagged some stall posts in October and as I'm typing there are two posts with the stall tag.
