Topic: How do we tag commissioned images?

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

I'm going to upload two images, which, as you should've guessed, are commissioned (I have permission to upload from both the artist and commissioner [he sent me a pm that said that if the artist , is cool with it, then he's cool with it too]).

So, question is, do I just slap the commissioned (commission is aliased to invalid_tag, so that's not an option right now) tag on the list? Or we have a special way of tagging these kind of images?

Wanted to ask first to have a stable idea, besides establishing a system to tag commissioned art (if it has not been established)

Updated

We don't generally note that an image is a commissioned piece of art in the tags.

If it's especially important to you, or the commissioner that they be mentioned as such, put it in a comment.

So… I just tag it like any other post? Nothing special? I remember a comment saying that we should tag both the artist and commissioner as artist tags *shrug*.

Okay. I'll post them now and see what happens next.

I guess that can be done too. I'll do it, just to be sure.

Definitely don't tag the commissioner as an artist, that would be misleading.

I didn't tag the commissioner as artist because confusion. But did what you said, left a comment saying that it was a commission.
