Had this bot working for a while now and never made official thread about it.

It's basically multi-feature bot, including:

• Inline tag search (https://telegram.org/blog/inline-bots)
• /random command
• Basic settings
• Groups support with settings changeable only by group admins
• e621 image link to post link converter (md5 lookup)
• Reverse search (uses http://iqdb.harry.lu)
• Voting under posts (thumb up/down, includes thumbnail hiding on bad voting score)
• Random Art channel @furart
• Watch tags and get notified about every new post
