Sort of interested to ask TastesLikeGreen why they wrote in the reach-around wiki that it applies to rusty trombone in the first place. Reacharound is just its own noun, to my understanding. You do reach around to give a rusty trombone, but that's just coincidental wording. I think the better thing to do would be to remove that last sentence from the wiki.

According my search, 'reach-around' is a sexual act in which one person stimulates his/her/its partner analy (from behind) and genitally at same time. So not only both wikis seem to be accurate, but the implication too.
