Steelbeak is a character from the show.

The show's name is also the name of the main character. We'll need separate tags for the show and the character or this could result in implicating the character in images where he is not present.

My suggestion as far as these cases go: Alias it to darkwing_duck_(copyright). People will realize when tagging without a suffix that they wound up only tagging a copyright more often than that they accidentally tagged an extra character, but it could still work the other way, as long as both forms have a suffix.
