Requested feature overview description.
We all know that the intelligent tycoon, Donald Trump has put a travel ban on six countries: Sudan, Iran, Somalia, Syria, Libya & Yemen.

This has helped a lot to keep America safe from brown terrorists, and It's a genius plan.
Let's use that on E621 as well so we will be safer than ever :)

Why would it be useful?
We will have no terrorists on the site and we will be sure that there are no blackmails or terrorist attacks on furry conventions.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
The first page. There must be an IP ban in the PHP of the page.

Brothers, if you want to live with terrorists in the same street as yours that's your opinion. But think about the society. Keeping them out is the best way to gain security. E621's content is against Islam rules, so they can attack us at any time.

this is a very bad idea, not genius. this is the US not russia, china, or whichever other country censors the internet. and this idea could very easily spark a big flame war if not stopped fast.

careful with the censorship politics... NO ONE likes censorship and these politics could probably leave some red on your profile if pushed too far.
