Oh sorry...wasn't sure how exactly to go about multiple implications. I'll do that in the future.

This. The reason to not include them when first submitting is that whatever's in the box on that screen will end up in the implications list's "reason" field, which can be misleading to people, but edits to the forum post will not change the list's reason.
