Topic: The new rules, and negative records

The new rules (I know this is 12 days ago, but I didn't notice until today been kinda busy lately)

State this:

1) Any record for a suspension will be turned into a negative record after 6 months of no new infractions

2) Any negative record will be turned into a neutral record after 6 months of no new infractions

3) Any neutral record will be removed after 6 months of no new infractions

Is this starting 12 days ago, or starting when the records were handed out?

For example, personally I have 2 negative records. Both for being rude to/attacking artists. I really won't get into it, because the record is already there for those curious. But either way:

Both those records are 2-2 years old.

This means the 6th month dates have passed 6 times already.

So if it started when the ban started, and not 12 days ago. Shouldn't both these records be removed from my account?

I'm just a little bit confused about the rule change, can someone clarify?

Instead of putting this on the forum, you could have messaged a staff member, as the change seems to have stated, about it. But suspensions are currently bugged and cannot be downgraded. Notme told me that themself when I questioned about mine.

But I honestly can't add much other than "go ask an admin", they'll both clarify and fix if possible.

Yea but see this is probably a question a lot of people have. So it's easier to make a public post about it, because then people can check the forums and see an answer instead of a couple well-known admins getting 50000000000000 messages about it.

Well then, you should have worded in the multiple parties, this sounds like you are asking for yourself. You even say "I'm just a little bit confused", in singular tense.

I can't help you, but people were quick to ask admins, shown in moderator actions, so people either understood or asked about it.

That's because it's an easy example?

Well then, an easy answer is to go ask an admin, and this goes for everyone inquiring about their records. If you haven't noticed, the admins didn't surf through all the records and removed them, answering in the forum is still only going to provide limited help. A better solution is to ask an admin, instead of making/bumping forum posts because you want yours removed. The post says "This is not something that is performed by the page itself but instead must be done manually by a member of staff, so if you have old records that qualify please let one of us know and we'll clean them up for you.", pretty much saying the forum is not a reliable way to get this done.
