It (this) is specifically for discussing, and other cases can be because a suggestion is not good and the lack of a discussion is harmful.

Basically: discussing about a suggestion keeps X in check and can further add things related to; the lack of discussion can hinder the site because the suggestion may not have been correct. Hence why admins open up suggestion threads over just doing it themselves.

including forrest itself there does seem to be 6 others that also have forrest in their name here. There does seem to be a handful of characters actually named forrest on FA too that may get posted here at some point if they havnt already...

-1. It may be a typo to 'forest' in the majority of the occurrences, however someone had decided to changed it to a character tag for some reason. Also this post shows the bust portrait of a character with no visible forest in the image, in such way that is hard to believe that it was a typo in this case.
