Aliasing modern_bubsy → spanky_bobcat

Reason:

Due to the recently announced Bubsy reboot and IP revival that coincides with Sqrlyjack's (currently in development) Modern Bubsy game, Purrresident Evil, Modern Bubsy has been renamed to Spanky Bobcat, and is now a character seperate from Bubsy and the Bubsy IP.

I could be wrong though, might be best to wait to see what SqrlyJack says about this before a decision is made.

what? this tag had been added to posts literally once. and there's not even any posts of the character still on the site. and why would we alias a potentially official term to a fucking fan character?
