Topic: Aliases & implications, reviewed.

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

The intent of this forum thread is to review past aliases or implications to see if they should still occur, or if they should be removed for a given reason.

Particularly, this would be useful when bulk tags are suggested, and/or when new tags (inheriting or otherwise) are involved. Instead of several old forum threads revived, a person could use this thread to ask for alias/implication reviews.

To bring to topic:

de-alias Babyfur & Diaperfur tags from Infantilism, alias to Ageplay

De-alias Babyfur -> Infantilism
De-alias Babyfurs -> Infantilism
De-alias Diaperfur -> Infantilism
De-alias Diaperfurs -> Infantilism

Alias Babyfur -> Ageplay
Alias Babyfurs -> Ageplay
Alias Diaperfur -> Ageplay
Alias Diaperfurs -> Ageplay

Reason:
Neither Babyfur nor Diaperfur actually mean the fetish. Diaperfur is a furry (group) whom like to wear diapers, which makes that Ageplay. Babyfur isn't actual Ageplay, but it's easy to mix the two up (or I assume that was the reason).

Alternatively:

Alias Babyfur -> baby
Alias Babyfurs -> baby

I mean, it's not wrong...

Unimplicate loli to female

Unimplicate loli -> female

Reason:

This actually was a topic between me and the chat room a while back, as I noted that lolis did not have an intersex term, nor did shota. I suggested that we make terms, but was instead suggested that we keep (quoting myself) "little girls tagged as loli, little boys as shota, because what matters is their body".

An implication slipped through (that didn't get fully thought out), and I don't think that lolis should be implying female.

Alternatively:

Implicate shota -> male
Create tags for intersex young children. This would involve more effort, but gives precision.

Oh hey did not notice you made a thread specifically for this. Gathering all of these together may help bring more attention, but if something gets into more debate it may warrant its own thread.

forum #232391:

Tag Unalias: Pubic_Feathers -> Pubes

Unaliasing pubic_feathers -> pubes
Link to alias
Thread comment

Reason:

Pubic feathers is a specific type of pubes, distinct enough to warrant its own tag in my opinion. It, as well as other tags should instead only imply pubes.
Pubic_hair and pubic_fur are bound to be indistinguishable in art (Contrary to the arguments in the thread linked above), and so may be best to alias those two together, but if we unalias the others, they should be too.
Pubic_scales does not currently exist, but is another tag worth use--or if the alias is determined better, something to be aliased away.

And how would you go about telling the difference between a young feminine male and a young dickgirl? Or a young masculine female and a young cuntboy?

You think I was kidding when I said it'd require more effort? 🎵One of these things, isn't like the others!

But we're talking shit like the obvious, oppai lolis or overtly masculine shotas, just with their dangly parts / lack thereof changed around. It is quite hard to tell if otherwise.

At that point I'd wonder more if they aren't just midgets.

There are subtle differences, but at this point we are delving far too deep into biology and fantasy to logically make an argument that's anything but ridiculous.

wall -> invalid_tag (forum #200433)

Brick_wall should still be usable, people have been using brick instead anyway. Wall probably ought to be disambiguated.

+1
brick_wall is really distinguishable feature on image and can be featured in several seperate occasions, which can be inside, outside or neither.

wall in itself sounds pointless, but it does make sense to disambig it instead of invalidating as some users may mean something like inside, wall with window or even high solid fence.

Or the Pink Floyd album "The Wall".

I've been using brickwall to get around the brick wall invalidation because I didn't feel like creating yet another set.

I'd rather each suggestion get its own thread.

Discussion of each topic would be contained to one place, and sourcing would be much easier.

I'll try to look at everything already posted in here. New discussion threads will be posted as I get to them.
