Aliasing garbage_bag → trash_bag

Reason:

Same thing. Related tags (eg. garbage) are already alias to their trash counterpart.

Related:

rubbish_bag A-> trash_bag - Just in case.
bin_bag A-> trash_bag - Just in case.
trash_bag I-> bag

Misc.

• The trash tags needs cleanup (how appropriate) as many images containing it don't have any visible trash but do have a trash_can, trash_bag, etc.
• Trash left on the ground is often referred to as litter, but litter can mean several other things so I'm not sure what to do with that one.

+1? I guess? Sort of? Do we even care about bags specifically? What about just trash instead? Looks like that one has a handful of posts, but the rest are pretty much unused. I'm not seeing much use for particular modes of trash repository. Probably just aliasing those all to trash would clean it up, so to speak.
