+1. They seem to be the same, also, although the tag count appears to be low, I guess it is tagged enough ... barely.

I'd vouch for "hairy_[part]", since it emphasises that there's a notable amount of hair on whatever part.

I'd vouch for "[part]_hair" because there's not necessarily the amount of hair that people would call "hairy" though the hair may still be present.
