Just looked up "baby_talk" and there doesn't seem to be a very big tag for it. As for what you're looking for specifically, it might be a bit too niche for a tag or there's just not a whole lot of it around. Scouring on DA , FA, or Tumblr until you find something/someone doing it might be your best option honestly.
