This setup seems confusing. Heart_tail sounds identical to <3_tail, so it should be tail_<3 and tail_heart on the other end. Heart before when it's the natural shape, heart after if it's being bent into that shape.

So one tag pair is for heart-shaped tails, and the other is for making a heart-shaped gesture with a (prehensile) tail?
It's surprising that those aren't mixed up more.
I don't see splitting those into heart_tail and tail_heart as a workable solution. Way too confusing. I suggest keeping heart_tail for heart-shaped tails (same naming as spade_tail, etc) and coming up with a new less ambiguous tag for 'bending a tail into heart-shape'.
