Been tagged over hundred times. Mostly for penis_tip, with some tip_jar type of things mixed in.

6 years later it's currently at 71, with a historical usage of 319 times.
I thought an alias to penis_tip might initially be fine, but there's a few other things that justify disambiguation. It should be easy enough to keep clean.
