Requested feature overview description.

Currently notes can't be deleted from the Note History page, this is greatly annoying when someone has created some 200 notes with the phrase "(empty)" inside.

Why would it be useful?

Sometimes vandalized notes are strewn across multiple submission pages and are a pain in the arse to delete because every page has to be opened, every note needs to be clicked and confirmed. It would be nice if either the amount of clicks are decreased or if there is a "nuke everything" button for admins.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?

I take it this would be limited to Janitors and up? +1 if so, -1 if not.

i remember that one who went around plastering swastikas over various posts. really thick swastikas.

i suppose this function could help clear up that kind of mess so +1.
