Aliasing punching_hand → fist_in_palm

Same gesture. You usually can't tell whether the fist is placed or thrusted into the palm in a still image.

+1. Seems fine, unless someone tag 'punching_hand' to a character punching the hands of another, such as in a martial art training.
Since we are in the subject matter; I was thinking about an umbrella tag for gestures that need both hands to be executed, like finger frame, sex gesture, hand heart etc.
It could be 'two-handed_gesture'empty or something similar.

Should this be reversed? One could display "punching their own palm" while their hands are still separated.
