Reason:

-1. Muscles can be veiny or show veins without a character necessarily being muscular. For example, someone straining to move something, regardless of body type, can have veins pop up on their muscles. Muscle strain can occur and show veins regardless of them being muscular.

I) There is no practical reason for using the 'veiny_muscles' tag when a character isn't nuscular, hence someone hardly would think on tagging the aforementioned tag in such occasion.

II) Since the overwhelming majority of the externally visible blood vassels are over some muscle, the usage you are suggesting wouldn't be useful at all. In another words: it ought be considered a mistag.

III) All the current instances of 'veiny_muscles' would be include in 'muscular' as well.

5 years ago and still not resolved??? Damn.
Wanted to make the same implication request today (veiny_muscles -> vein), but then noticed this topic.

I'm going to approve this soon but I have to wait for something else to finish processing or else the servers will catch fire again

Remember me tomorrow please

EDIT Nevermind, Earlopain said it's ok
