Overview
Make voting people's names visible for uploader/admins. Only when hovering over the vote section and post-only (so not for the comments).

Why is it useful?
Sometimes posts get massivly downvoted when they are in a pool by certain people with serious butthurt (or something like that). While other people say there's nothing wrong with it, and do not understand this. When you are able to track them down, admins can take actions against people like that.

Everywhere you can vote on posts.

Votes will not be made visible to normal users, but they are already visible to moderators and admins. If you suspect vote cheating, or if you suspect being targeted by someone, then throw us a ticket or dmail and tell us which posts you believe have been targeted.

Just be aware that we have so many people online at all times that it's very easy to get a couple votes in within minutes of something being online.
