forum #182501 is seriously the only thing that involves ring to jewelry, but it wasn't implicated fully as Furrin had suggested.

Yeah, I saw that one. From the sound of it it seems they already thought ring to jewelry was already a thing, which just added to my surprise that it's not

Well, you have my +1. I feel like a lot of images that may have jewelry, accessories, and etc. are not tagged with them.

I'm hesitant about approving this one. By the definition of the Wiki, it's jewely, but a ring can be any tiny, circular object, like in machines, armor, small chains, etc.

Should we disambiguate ring as well then? (I'm a fan of disambiguations). Or is it just too much work for too little pay?

I don't think rings are jewelry. If it is made of a valuable element however...
Rings can be made of a cheap material thus not necessary something valuable.
How about ring -> ornament?

Jewelry in itself doesn't have to be valuable in itself. Much jewelry you can buy today is pretty much worthless trinkets if not seen as jewelry. While others are simply given value due to the work put into making them.

A jewelry or ornament implication (or similar) apparently won't work for reasons @Hudson mentioned.
