Aliasing mal0 → scp-1471

Reason:

They're the same thing. I've already seen a few with both, which is redundant, and it's very possible we could end up with some tagged "mal0" but not "scp-1471". 1471 would be more consistent with the other SCP tags.

EDIT: The tag alias mal0 -> scp-1471 (forum #259967) has been rejected by @SnowWolf.

I think the reason behind having a secondary tag is that Mal0 is for the primary version of 1471, since there are other versions of 1471. The problem wich searching for the other forms is that they're presently tagged as malo* instead of mal0*

Mal0 0.9 appears to be a very much stable entity, with brown fur and orange hair, with wavy horns.

Mal0 1.0.0 is the classic version with pitch black fur and no mane/hair.

Mal0 1.1 is a corrupted and glitchy entity with dark grey/black fur and blue eyes. This corruption can apparently result in infesting others into becoming 1.1-b, who will still have their normal human eyes and hair, but fur and skull-face.

Pyr3 appears to be a bald, red-skinned (possibly burned) version.

I suppose in that case it might make more sense to alias the "malo*" tags to "mal0*" versions, and have them imply the main 1471 tag, which none do at the moment, as far as I'm aware.

I can definitely agree with an implication, but we'll need to readd all of the removed mal0 tags. Perhaps as mal0_1.0.0 instead to make sure nobody's mistagging that.

Going in order:

MalO 0.9 appears to have been made by keadonger, according to this furaffinity post and this post
MalO 1.0.0 is the "canon" interpretation of the character cited in the original SCP-1471 article.
MalO 1.1 appears to have come from an SCP thread on 4chan, according to keadonger in this post.
Pyr3 also appears to come from an SCP thread on 4chan and is probably unrelated to SCP-1471, according to keadonger in this post.

0.9 and 1.1 are fanmade alternate versions of the character, Pyr3 is an unrelated fanmade SCP. None of those three are mentioned in canon. I think this alias should be reexamined. Different "versions" of SCP-1471-A can get their own tags if need be or just use the fan character tag but the vast majority of SCP-1471-A posts use the "canon" version (1.0.0) as the basis for their design so the Mal0 tag seems pointless.
