Topic: The bad_dragon tag

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

It seems that a large number of posts with sex toys get tagged bad_dragon. Is this purely a sponsorship thing, or are we just assuming that every dildo ever made is a bad dragon dildo?
Examples of posts that I really don't think deserve the bad_dragon tag because the toys in question aren't that specific:

post #1240908 post #1178563 post #948057 post #1287905

(And, no, the whole concept of a dildo that can cum is not a Bad Dragon invention)

Overall the bad dragon related tags are a mess, if I recall precious discussions correctly.

Especially when it comes to tags that don't properly differentiate characters vs products that share the character's names, etc etc. It's all in need of a cleanup overall.

And yeah, there are special dildo tags (equine dildo, canine dildo, etc) that would certainly work better than BD tags, but I suppose people assume BD created these types of sex toys to begin with? At least I assume that's common knowledge

If twys applies, then wouldn't it be better to tag "canine dildo" or "dragon dildo" or whichever kind of animal dildo you can clearly see, rather than a company who isn't shown to be involved in most of these images?

Yes that is exactly right; most ppl tagging bad dragon stuff are going by outside info sources tbh and that's probably why it's such a mess.

If it's obviously a BD product it'd be one thing, but i've seen some tagged as BD when there's just a dildo base showing and nothing indicating it's a BD specific product at all.
