Reason:

I think these tags mean the same thing, and it would make perfect sense to alias a (near) obsolete tag like this

forced would be more accurate and less prone for mistag. non-con is short for non consensual and could apply for example non consensual kissing, non consensual bondage and other things that do not fall under rape tag.
