Not necessarily. A hemipenes is reptile-centric, while dual_penis could just simply mean a dude with two dicks. Two totally separate things.

Agreed. Also with all the COC images this tag is useful. Keep it as it is they are not the same

I get what you all are saying. But from the how wiki put it, I though that most of these dual wielding gents, dickgirl or herm would fall under this terms category

dual_penis implies multi_cock
hemipenes implies multi_cock

Looks like they got combined.
I found the old division between actual hemipenii (sideways) and dual_penis (on top of each other) useful, but now they're lumped under the same tag. Oh well.

Wish we could identify who made this happen. Hemipenes is not the same as just having multiple cocks, but we didn't need dual_cock, either.

What should have happened:

hemipenes implies> multi_cock
dual_cock aliased> multi_cock after cleanup for hemipenes presence
