swell is the name of an OC and is currently the only thing the tag is being used for. This suggestion seems like a complete disrespect of the admin's time considering it's so minor.

swollen more refers to something like this

Whereas swelling probably shouldn't even exist because it should be rolled into 2 larger tags: expansion (which is just growing) or inflation (which is being filled with something...usually cum).

What might work in this situation is making swell, swelling, etc into a disembag tag
