Aliasing artkour → kour

Reason:

The artist kour has nearly all of their URLs as "artkour", including their Twitter and StoreEnvy pages. However, they:

  • Refer to themselves as "Kour" in most instances
  • Already has the majority of their posts under the tag kour (there is one under artkour).
  • Already has an established artist tag as kour.

I think it'd be best if artkour is aliased to kour to keep uploads together as people seem to go with either.

EDIT: The tag alias artkour -> kour (forum #260723) has been rejected by @NotMeNotYou.
