Aliasing sullivan_(artist) → witherlings

Reason:
kesame (0) (artist tag) aliases TO sullivan (16) (character tag).
(as a result art by Kesame has been squished together with art of characters named Sullivan)
Request alias be changed so kesame aliases to witherlings (artist's current DA username) instead.
and sullivan_(artist) also alias to witherlings.
(EDIT: one upload tagged with artist tag witherlings , by the way)
(If put "Kesame" in "Tag" field of https://e621.net/tag_alias/new
then get error "Error: kesame is already aliased to something".
And there no kesame thread in forum to reply to.
So putting sullivan_(artist) into "Tag" field instead.)
1) artist tag should not alias to a character tag.
2) There are at least two characters just named Sullivan.
Two sullivan_(* tags :
2 sullivan_(character) character
1 sullivan_(necrosquelch) character
and two other sullivan_* tags:
1 sullivan_coyote character
2 sullivan_j_luster character

Searching FA for posts saying Kesame switched to Sullivan DA (looking for DA URL)
(started with recent uploads and wandered around):
