Topic: [Python] Yet another mass-download script.

Posted under e621 Tools and Applications

I've been working on this script for about a year now, but never really shared it anywhere -- (it's actually in the wiki but I never shared it anywhere that I could collect feedback from.) I'm trying to keep it as simple and as friendly as possible for being a command-line interface.

Up-to-date documentation is available on GitHub along with binary and source downloads.

If you bother going back through the commits or releases, you can see that I make a lot of significant -- (and tiny, insignificant) -- changes. I'm completely open to suggestions, general feedback, and the like; even for little details.

While having to manually install python on my (shit) computer is a minor hassle, I'd love to test it out for you and give some feedback. With NN being repealed, mass downloaders like this one may be the e621's doomsday bunker.

Expect my reply within the hour :)

I have an all-in-one precompiled binary file for Windows that should work without a python installation.

Yeah, I had realized that as soon as I went to the GitHub page. Sorry, meant to give my stamp o' approval 2 hours ago, but I got caught up in archiving and file management.
Edit: Wow, e621 does not like &nbsp, does it? xD
